Always before. Flooring should be laid before gym equipment is assembled and positioned in the space. If you are ordering both flooring and equipment assembly from us, we coordinate the flooring installation first, followed by equipment assembly. Let us know when booking so we can schedule both services in the correct order.
Yes — basic cutting around walls and standard structural features is included in all installation tiers. Complex cutting around multiple pillars, irregular shapes or fixed equipment may attract an additional charge for larger projects. Confirm your layout with us before booking if your space has unusual requirements.
Standard rubber gym tiles are installed as a floating floor — no adhesive is required for most home gym and studio applications. The weight of the tiles and equipment holds them firmly in place. If your project requires adhesive installation (for permanent commercial fitouts or sloped surfaces), this is quoted separately. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Most Tier 1 installations (20–40m²) are completed in 2 to 4 hours. Tier 2 jobs (40–60m²) typically take 4 to 6 hours. Larger commercial installations of 60m²+ are scheduled across multiple hours or days depending on the total area and site conditions. We will give you a time estimate when you confirm your booking.
