Add free-weight barbell capability to your XF10. Rack and unrack a standard Olympic barbell for heavy squats, bench press and overhead press — no Smith rails, full natural bar path.
What It Does
The Mono Lift Arms mount directly onto the XF10's upright columns, adding J-hook barbell cradles for free-weight compound lifting. Unlike the Smith machine, the bar moves freely in all directions — your stabiliser muscles engage fully and your natural bar path is unrestricted.
With these arms fitted, your XF10 becomes a functional trainer, Smith machine and power rack — three complete systems in one frame.
